Ricardo`s Restaurant & Lounge in Hereford

Went out of there way to make me comfortable. Was in a car wreck September 1, in wheelchair with right leg sticking out. Food was good, waitress and owner wonderful hospitality.

Food just average but staff friendly and fast service. Good salsa.

Terrible service, it was really hot inside the restaurant and food was bland. It was my first, last and only visit here.

If you want the best chili rellano in Tulsa, this is the place to go! It’s cheesy, and crunchy, with a perfect amount of spice. All of their other fare is equally delicious, the restaurant is quaint, and the service is impeccable!

My favorite Mexican food in town

The service I had was really good. But the food was bland, flavorless and the "salsa" tasted straight like tomato paste. I was deeply disappointed

I looooove their Habenero sauce and sizzle free fajitas. The servers are very friendly and the service is quick. Definitely recommend this. Dawn, our server is so prompt and helpful. Will is another favorite server. Always a good experience

I originally are here based on a recommendation and absolutely loved it. The food and service were excellent. We're going back next week again.

Although prices have gone up since Covid-19 they still have the best Mexican Food in town!

Salsa was straight tomatoe paste . had to add so kuvh salt and pepper for anythung to taste remotely acceptable have haleard so many good things but the food was to bland to even finish

It was very good, as usual. The service was great.

Came in at 3 pm. They were a bit overwhelmed it seems. An hour earlier, 20 tables had come in at once (our server explained). Though those people were gone, tables hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Wife and I did not enjoy the cheese sauce which topped her chili relleno and my enchilada. Our server was great and attentive. Would not return.

Food was great and staff was polite and playful. Great place. 5 stars

This place used to be amazing. I couldn't wait to bring my daughter and husband here. However, the salsa tastes like a can of rotel and the queso is just liked melted velveeta. The food was flavorless. The waitstaff yelled across the room for each other and when I asked how much something was our waitress yelled the price to me from across the room instead of just telling us. Our order was not repeated back to us and we were so confused on what was going on. It was a nightmare.

Ricardos never changes. Always good tex mex and lots of it. Been going here for 40 years. If you have never been there, try it.

I was in Tulsa from out of town and googled a good Mexican restaurant. The reviews were good here so I tried it out. Will, my server, helped me through the menu since I am a vegetarian. He was amazing!!! Friendly, cozy place with smiles on everyone’s face. And no waiting for my food. It was delicious! I have plenty for leftovers now 😊

Ricardo's will ruin all other Mexican food restaurants in Tulsa. You will compare everything to theirs. Go Ricardo's Grande for a well priced multi-course meal with appetizer, main, and dessert! You WILL have leftovers!

Great atmosphere and service. Very reasonably priced lunch specials. You can't go wrong with the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce. Overall a very good choice for mexican food.

Nice place, clean and definitely a step above chains. Fast and friendly service, too. Big portions, but salsa is a bit too mild for my taste. But all-in-all a very good place with reasonable prices. I’ll be back next time I come through Tulsa.

Waitress was great food was bland, salsa was horrible my chicken enchilada was not good rice ,beans uggh ,wont be coming back sorry.I dont see how this place got good reviews

The food is great. I do enjoy it. But I have to be honest, I only give 4 stars because the service could be better. It's hit and miss.

Love LOVE this hidden gem! Service is amazing! Food hits the spot, definitely made with love! The owner is taking care of her store, employees, during this time as well. I ordered the tortilla soup over the phone and some candy they have for sale for a charity. The employees are all wearing gloves and masks and there was kovid procedures in place around the checkout spot.

Great service and the food was some of the freshest I have had in a while.

I was craving chips and queso so I went here by myself on a lunch break one day. The chips and queso was all I ordered. I was so disappointed. The queso was extremely thick and had no flavor. I poured my salsa into it and mixed it in to give it some flavor. It tasted like Velveeta with no Rotel. I will not go back here. Next time, I will just go to Chipotle across the street.

First ever visit. Service- TOP NOTCH. Chips and salsa- PROBABLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD.Meal- not my favorite. I got the #3 combo which is 1 taco, 1 enchilada and a tostada shell covered in queso. The ground beef had a weird taste and not my favorite. The enchilada was really good and their queso... REALLY YUMMY. All in all a good visit. Would probably go back but not get any ground beef. Definitely would go for chips, salsa and queso!!***i don't like guacamole but my daughter said it was really good***

This restaurant is always great. It is locally owned and has excellent food. The chili- rianos are the best. The owner is seen walking around the dining rooms talking to patrons. He knows and recognizes many of them. The atmosphere is nice , kind of homey with a Mexican flair. Prices are very modest. It's just a great place to eat.

Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Tulsa!! It is authentic and super tasty!! Always great service and a pleasant time. Definitely recommend!!

We got the large family pack for our family of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens and a preteen—3 of them picky eaters). We all ate to stuffed and had lots of leftovers. Everybody absolutely loved the food! Everyone said we had to do this again, and branch out to regular menu items as well. We phoned in the order, and Joyce made it super simple. When we got there to pick it up, everything was brought out to the van and the food hand off was great. The food was packed beautifully and arrived at home at good temperature (with warning instructions for the stuff not already hot). Again, the food tasted great and there was more than enough. We will definitely be visiting Ricardo’s again!

I have previously worked here. Service to customers is good, but behind the scenes, people can't stand the place. Kitchen is dirty, some food is frozen. Dish station is super dirty. Everybody was a d*** to me except like 2 people. They have nothing better to do except criticize the little details when they have more responsibilities. Poorly ran and no communication.

Good food, great service. Eaten here since I was a kid. Going there for dinner tonight, thought I'd look at the reviews. Cant believe how mixed the reviews are on the salsa. I like it just fine.

The Chile relleno is beyond incredible! Every bite of my Ricardo's Experience was delicious. Our server Stella is amazing she handled our party of 7 with style and grace. I will always remember my 50th birthday party there.

If you've ever wondered where used diapers end up after disposal it's Ricardo's and served to you on a plate.

Not at all like I remembered. Too much black pepper in refried beans, rice was DRY. It sat under a heat lamp or was under a broiler for way to long.Very disappointing.

Very nice employees, excellent service, clean, give 4 stars because food a little too bland. Lacks seasoning? Red sauce kind of ketchupy boring?
